Hand Servo Motor Power and Control PCB
I designed a custom PCB tailored for the arm. It receives a 24 V input and regulates it to output 5 V for the STM32, 6 V for the hand servomotors,
STM32F303K8 is integrated on the PCB to simplify servo wiring and control. I used DC-DC converter chips that only require a two-layer PCB instead of a four-layer board, mainly for budget reasons.
The second board converts 24V to 6.8V and receives signals from the first board to control the two servo motors that control the wrist and provide all wrist movements. I separated it into two boards to make the design as compact as possible so it can fit inside the arm without any issues.
